The location was unbeatable in a wonderful area, and had everything you needed. Its separate bathrooms with a bath were luxurious. I greatly enjoyed the host.

We spent three nights at this place, and it was a fantastic experience - it had safety measures with smoke detectors, a great location next to a market and the Bombay Sapphire Distillery.

We recently stayed at Oak & Hazel in Overton for a relaxing weekend getaway. The self-contained flat in this hotel was perfect for our needs, with a well-stocked kitchen and a spacious yet cozy main room. The bath was roomy and the bed comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The incredible views, especially during sunrise, added to the tranquility of the location. The hosts were kind and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The Oak & Hazel, Heath Row Barn exceeded all our expectations. The spacious and modern property provided a comfortable stay for our family. We loved the minimalist design and the added amenities like the dishwasher and washing machine. The views from the property were simply breathtaking, a true treat for the eyes. Emily, our host, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great visit. She even provided us with suggestions on places to visit with our children and dog. The information folder in the accommodation was also very helpful.

While our stay at Oak & Hazel, Heath Row Barn was fantastic, there were a few minor inconveniences. The constant traffic of cars coming in and out of the property made it a bit busier than we expected.

We had a fantastic stay in a charming area near Basingstoke with a local market and a gin factory nearby, and the location was amazing, as we could easily drive to the Church of St. Mary in just five minutes.
